About the program
Welcome to the loyalty program, designed to reward regular customers. The program gives you a chance to receive discount codes for every purchase made on our site
How it works.
To take advantage of the program, all you have to do is place an order in our store. After each purchase, you will receive a reward of 2% of the value of your purchases. The reward will be validated up to 15 days after the package is delivered. You can then exchange it for a discount code. It's simple and beneficial - the more you buy, the more you save!
When can I use the reward?
The advantage of our program is the long validity period of the rewards. Collected rewards have up to two years of validity, which means you can collect them for a long period of time. The coupons you exchange for rewards have as much as one year of validity. This is a great way to enjoy the benefits of our loyalty program without the pressure of time.
Program rules
How to participate in the loyalty program? It's easy!
1) Log in to your account (or register here if you don't already have one).
2. add the products of your choice to your cart. Every product available in our store participates in the loyalty program.
3. place an order, choosing any method of delivery and payment (rewards are not charged for delivery costs).
4. pick up the shipment.
5. rewards will be approved in your account up to 15 days after receiving the package. You will be notified by email that your rewards have been approved.
6. the discount code will be automatically withdrawn if the order status changes to cancelled.
How to use the collected rewards?
1) Log in to your account.
2. expand the menu in the upper corner of the screen, go to the “Your account” tab, and then select “My rewards”.
3) In this tab you can check for which order you have received rewards and how many you have.
4. in the “My Rewards” section, click “Convert to coupons.” Your coupons will be highlighted below, along with the expiration date and their status.
5. When placing an order in the shopping cart, under the field for a promotional code, select the corresponding coupon and complete the order.
